My First Christmas!

For my first Christmas, I had dinner with my cousins in Rockville: Joe, Marybeth, Chrissy, Michelle, & John.

They thought I was very entertaining. I liked being the star of the show!

Here's my Christmas outfit from Mimi. As you can see I spit up all over it.

I had my very own stocking. Inside there was a description of my February swim class! I think this present will be really fun!

This was another Christmas outfit I also spit up on. I'm pretty messy, but Mommy and Daddy always clean me up real nice.

I loved looking at and touching all my presents. I got books, toys, ornaments, and clothes.

This was my first Christmas gift. I was a little confused, but I think I'm getting the hang of it now.

For Christmas Eve we went to church and then had dinner at Paul & Cynthia's house.

This is my Christmas Eve dress. Isn't it fancy?

National Christmas Tree!

On December 23, we went to Washington, D.C. to see the National Christmas Tree at the White House! I got all bundled up because it was cold. Look at all that snow!
Every year Mommy takes a picture with the Massachusetts tree. This year she wanted me in it because even though I was born in Virginia, I'm really from Massachusetts (and Singapore, but there's no Singapore tree down there).

Merry Christmas to my neighbors President Obama, Michelle, Malia, & Sasha!

If I slept at night, I'd be dreaming of a white Christmas...

Daddy, Mommy, and I decorated my first Christmas tree together!

In honor of my first winter, we had a blizzard! We got 2 feet of snow here in Virginia. That's even taller than me! Mommy said there was a blizzard the year she was born, too. Good thing we both love the snow!

My Dedication Weekend in Massachusetts!

On December 6, I was dedicated at West Congregational Church in Haverhill, MA. Mommy grew up there and Mommy and Daddy wanted all my family (including Grandma from NY) to be able to come to this special ceremony. The purpose of it was for Mommy and Daddy to publicly commit to raising me in the Christian faith. So far I love the music and the stories, and this Jesus guy sounds like he's just fantastic!

I met my great-grandparents, Non & Nona. They were way happier than I was at the moment!

Auntie Erica came for breakfast. When I get older I hope I have great friends like Mommy's!

Auntie Lis is so good with babies. I guess that's because she had two of them at the same time! She walked me all around Non's house a lot and even got me all dressed up for my dedication ceremony!

Kathy said she liked my blog, so I told her, why don't we take a photo so you can be on it! Now you're famous, too, Kathy (and Luther)!

These are my cousins Ben, Matthew, & Kristen. They're 7 and 9. We'll play together more when I'm a little older.

Aunt Dot was so relaxing to cuddle with.

Yay! I was so happy to see Uncle Adam & Auntie Beth again!

Cousins Maria & Abby came all the way up from Philadelphia to see me!

As a special treat, I got to see snow for the first time at Non & Kay Kay's house!

Auntie Judy showed me the Christmas lights at her house when I was crying. She really loves me a lot.

Ava checked me out with her nursing kit and took good care of me.

I finally got to meet my cousins Ava and Charlie!

Zia is my great-great Auntie! Mommy was worried she might have to come back later to pick me up in Walpole!

When's take-off, and where's my coffee???

All pooped out!

So today I was playing on my "jungle gym" and I was so tired that I just fell asleep right then and there. It's so relaxing napping in the jungle.

My friend Ben

My friend Ben is getting bigger and bigger! Since a lot of you have asked, the story is that he was born about a month before me, but he was supposed to be born 2 months after me. He's half Chinese, too. Aren't we cute together? :)

Fun with Grandma

Grandma came for Thanksgiving weekend and we had so much fun! I think some of my good looks come from her (and the rest are from Daddy)!

My First Thanksgiving!

Kelley, James, Eduardo, Fabiana, & Grandma came for dinner.

Daddy was making fun of me because I always eat my fingers.

My friend Ben came, too. That's his dad, Rob.

I even got a new Thanksgiving dress!

Visit with Uncle Adam & Auntie Beth!

Uncle Adam and Auntie Beth drove all the way down to Virginia to see me. We went to Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. I liked walking around the city on a nice, sunny day!

Uncle Adam makes fun goofy faces!

I really, really liked Auntie Beth!

My international aunties, Fabiana & Felicia spoil me a lot. They even let me barge in on their dinner party!
